Boss Themes: Megaman X ------------ 0:05 Megaman X2 ---------- 1:13 Megaman X3(SNES)- 2:05 Megaman X3(PSX)--- 2:50 Megaman X4 ---------- 3:41 Megaman X5 ---------- 5:05 Megaman X6 ---------- 6:41 Megaman X1- This one is third favorite. It's not that I don't like it, I just enjoy these other two a little more. This one is a great boss theme. It's full of excitement and really defines the classic Megaman X. Megaman X2- This one didn't get enough credit for itself. It's a really great boss battle theme. Just probably not what people expected. It sounds like a even-out duel. It does sound a bit wacky tacky, but still a very fine theme. Megaman X3- This one is alright. I can't say it's one of the bests. It's a bit too dramatic and the quality of the song can effect my opinion. The PSX version is awesome, but the song is still not one of my favorites. Megaman X4- Now we're talking! This is my second favorite. It's a fast-paced, action packed song! High adrenaline and really fits the fight. Even if the fight is boring, the song makes up for it. While it's my second favorite, I'd say it's the best fight theme, really. A great song to put some more kick-ass in Megaman X. Megaman X5- This is my favorite. It's not so much that it makes the best fighting theme, it's probably because I just love listening to this theme. It's like a distorted crazed fight and then it turns to be pretty epic sounding. The tune is very cool and it never seems to be repetitive. It's awesome! Megaman X6- This theme just leaves me confused. Why is this the boss fight theme? It's a cool song if you're surfing in the 60's. It's not a bad song, it just sounds like the very opposite of a fighting theme. My opinion scale: 1. Megaman X5 2. Megaman X4 3. Megaman X 4.
