Nick's POV: I couldn't believe it. I'd been waiting all this time, looking, hoping, praying... and here she was. It was surreal. I mean, what were the odds of me running into the one girl I was looking for out of the hundreds here? And there were definitely hundreds. I wasn't just judging based on the enormity of this building. I remembered how packed this place had felt when we came here last time. Hundreds upon hundreds of screaming girls. Maybe more. Yet, out of all of them, here she was, standing right before me. She hadn't noticed me yet. So I decided to change that. "Umm, excuse me." God, I hope I didn't scare her away again. She looked up and saw me. And when she saw me, first she looked utterly confused. And then something else... awe maybe? I couldn't tell. But I didn't let it throw me off. "I don't think we ever were properly introduced. I'm Nick Jonas. What's your name?" At first she didn't speak. Which really worried me. What if she refused to talk to me? I don't think I could live with that, I'd hate myself for good... "M-my name is Courtney Wilson." "Courtney," I breathed out. "That's a beautiful name," I said taking a step forward, closing the distance between us. And her name really was beautiful. With it, I'd never lose her again. "I just wanted to thank you for saving my life. And to apologize in advance for what I'm about to do." I saw the question forming on her lips. So I smiled and did what I'd come here to do.
